We want you to be happy with Jobryxa Pro.

Refunds

If Pro is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the renewal and have not used Pro features since.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@jobryxa.com with the email address you signed in with. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and usually reach your account within 5–10 working days.

Cancelling

The 1-week pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel: it simply ends after 7 days. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
